Particular cases with Shopify
Cash on delivery with Shopify
On Shopify, cash on delivery is a manual payment method, and the order stays unpaid until you mark it as paid. We collect from the carrier and normally transfer your COD amounts every week, with the detail of each collection. On request we confirm COD orders by phone, in Italian, before shipping them.
Returns that do not go back to stock
We inspect every return at our warehouse. The ones that are not intact stay at your disposal and you decide what to do with them.
Selling in Italy from another country?
Keep your goods in our warehouse in the Naples area and your orders ship from Italy. We collect cash on delivery in Italy and normally transfer it to you every week, on request we confirm orders by phone in Italian, and returns come back to the same warehouse.
Moving from another warehouse
We agree with you on the arrival of goods from your old warehouse and check them within 48 hours. We connect your store on the kickoff call.
