In the quote you find the main items, from order preparation to shipping and warehouse space, and setup costs if there are any. All rates, including those of on-request services, are set out in the contract you read before signing, and we notify you of any change 60 days in advance.

Your invoice shows the items in your quote, that is shipping, order preparation, warehouse space and add-on services. Invoicing and payment terms are set out in the contract.
Rates depend on volume, and with higher volumes we can offer you dedicated rates. We discuss it in your quote.

Normally every week, after the carrier has paid us the collections, with the detail of each collection. The maximum term and any offsets are set out in the contract.
