Terms of Service

The relationship between PrintSquad SRL ("Tissquad") and the Client is governed by the service contract, which the Client receives and reads before signing. This page briefly explains where to find the terms and does not add any others.
1. Definitions
"Tissquad": PrintSquad SRL, VAT IT09384841210, with registered office at Centro Direzionale Isola G/8, Naples (NA), Italy, and operational site in Nola (NA).
"Client": the entity that enters into a contract for fulfillment, shipping, cash-on-delivery management or related services.
"Services": the set of logistics services offered by Tissquad.
2. Subject of the contract
Tissquad provides e-commerce logistics services that may include goods receiving and storage, picking and packing, multi-carrier shipping, cash-on-delivery management, phone confirmation of cash-on-delivery orders, tracking and returns management. The services included in the relationship and their rates are those set out in the contract and its annexes.
3. Duration and cancellation
Term, renewal, withdrawal and notice of termination are set out in the contract.
4. Pricing and payments
The rates are those annexed to the contract. Invoicing and payment terms are set out in the contract.
5. Liability
Tissquad looks after the goods with professional diligence. Damage and loss are governed by the contract.
6. Intellectual property
The Client retains full intellectual property over their brands, products and content. The use of the Client's name and logo in Tissquad's communications is governed by the contract.
7. Governing law
The contract is governed by Italian law. The court with jurisdiction over disputes is indicated in the contract.
