How it works

Address check

Before shipping we check the address, because a wrong address can send the parcel back.

Phone confirmation

On request, we confirm cash on delivery orders by phone, in Italian, before shipping them.

Result

Every refused parcel costs you the trip out and back. Checking the address and confirming before shipping helps avoid as many as possible.

COD also costs you in cash flow

If payment takes a month, you have approximately €24,744.00 blocked by the carrier awaiting collection.

With Tissquad the carrier pays the collections to us and we normally pay them to you every week.

Calculate the full impact on your cash flow

Indicative estimate built on calculation assumptions. For every refused parcel the calculation counts the shipping out and back and €4.00 of handling. The first month, the onboarding month, is not counted in the savings.
