The security of our clients' data and their end customers' data is a priority for Tissquad.
Infrastructure security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS, version 1.3 on browsers that support it, and every page is served over HTTPS.
Application security
Regular software dependency updates. Automatic vulnerability scanning. HTTP security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy).
Operational security
System access limited to authorized personnel.
Goods in the warehouse
Stock arrivals are agreed with the Client, and incoming goods are checked within 48 hours of receipt.
Personal data and GDPR
How we process personal data and what rights you have is explained in the Privacy Policy. For the data of shipment recipients, which we process on behalf of our clients, there is the Data Processing Agreement page. The categories of sub-processors are on the Sub-Processors page.
Incident reporting
