You keep your goods in our warehouse in the Naples area, and your orders ship from Italy. We collect the COD amounts in Italy and normally transfer them to you every week, we confirm orders by phone in Italian on request, and returns come back to the same warehouse.

The quote lists the main items, and the contract, which you read before signing, lists all the rates.

FAQ

We prepare orders within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday. As a rule, orders that arrive by 2:00 PM leave the same day, and the rest on the next business day.

We start with a kickoff call in which we connect your store to the warehouse together, and we ship as soon as your goods arrive. Timing depends mostly on when you send them.

Yes, according to your instructions and the nature of the product. For items worth more than €500 each we ask you to take out your own insurance policy, as the contract provides.

If an order goes out with an error, you report it to us and we check with you what happened and how to fix it.

Together we connect your new store to the warehouse, just as we did at kickoff. We work with Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop, and your goods stay on the shelf.

We also work with small brands. If a rate applies only above a certain number of shipments a month, it is written in the quote, which we build on your volume.
