Wrong address

We check it before shipping.

Selling in Italy from another country?

You keep your goods in our warehouse in the Naples area, and your orders ship from Italy. We collect the COD amounts in Italy and normally transfer them to you every week, we confirm orders by phone in Italian on request, and returns come back to the same warehouse.

Outside Italy, cash on delivery depends on the country and the carrier. If you need it, ask us, and in the quote we tell you whether and where we can do it.

FAQ

Normally every week, after the carrier has paid us the collections, with the detail of each collection. The maximum term and any offsets are set out in the contract.

For every cash on delivery order the carrier charges a fee, which you find in the quote. Phone confirmation, if you activate it, has a per-order rate set out in the contract.

It is a service you activate on request. Before shipping we call the customer and confirm the cash on delivery order with them, in Italian. If the customer does not confirm, you know before the parcel leaves.

You offer cash on delivery in your own store, so you can remove it for customers who have already refused a parcel. For orders that leave you in doubt, you can ask us for phone confirmation before shipping.

Yes, in your store, because that is where the customer chooses how to pay. A maximum amount, excluded products or zones are set in the checkout, with the options or apps of your platform. Keep the price the same for every payment method.

You enable cash on delivery in the checkout of your Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop store. We set up the link between store and warehouse together in the kickoff call, and from then on COD orders reach us like all the others.

Without touching the price. Charging customers more for choosing cash on delivery exposes you to penalties, because the Italian Competition Authority holds that the ban in Article 62 of the Italian Consumer Code also covers cash on delivery. According to Italy's Council of State, discounts tied to the payment method have not been allowed since 2018 either. You push prepaid through the convenience of paying online.
