Sub-Processors

When we prepare and ship orders, we process the recipients' data on behalf of our clients, who are the controllers of that data. To do so we use other providers, which process the data on our behalf, and we hand the parcels over to the carriers, which receive the data in order to deliver them. Here you find both, by category, with what they do and where they are based. The providers of the tissquad.com website, for which we are the controller, are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Warehouse software
It manages the orders to be prepared and the stock, and prints the shipping labels. It processes the order and recipient data. The provider is based in the European Union.
Shipping platform
It creates the shipments with the carriers and manages cash on delivery. It processes the recipient and shipment data. The provider is based in the European Union.
Cloud server
It hosts our internal systems and processes cash-on-delivery data, including the recipient's name. The provider is based in the European Union.
Email and shared documents
Email and shared documents are managed by a company of our group, based in Italy, on the cloud services of a provider that may also process the data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR provides for transfers.
Carriers
They receive the data needed for delivery, that is, the recipient's name, address and contact details and, for cash on delivery, the amount to collect. We ship with national and international carriers. For shipments outside the European Union, this data also reaches the carrier's network in the country of destination. Carriers process this data under their own privacy notices, and some state that they do so as independent controllers.
