Data Deletion

Write to privacy@tissquad.com with this information. - First and last name, or the company name if you are writing for a company - The email address you used with us - Which data you want deleted If we have doubts about the identity of the sender, we may ask you for an extra piece of information to verify it.

We reply within one month of receiving the request, as the GDPR requires (Article 12). If the request is complex or we receive many requests, this period may be extended by two months, in which case we let you know within the first month and explain why.

Some data may not be immediately deletable if needed for: tax and accounting compliance (mandatory retention), ongoing litigation management, legal obligations.

If you wrote to us through the site, we delete the data you left in the forms, except the data we must keep for the reasons in point 3. If you are a client of ours, we delete the data the contract no longer needs. The data needed for the service is kept as long as the contract lasts, and the data the law requires us to keep is kept for as long as the law requires (point 3). If you received a parcel we shipped on behalf of a store, we process the shipment data on behalf of the store, which is its controller. You can ask the store for deletion, or write to us and we forward the request to the store. Anonymous aggregate data used for statistics is not subject to deletion.
