Acceptable Use Policy

Tissquad handles logistics for legal products intended for e-commerce sale. Accepted goods include clothing, cosmetics, accessories, consumer electronics and home products.

It is not permitted to store or ship: weapons, explosives, narcotics, illegal material, counterfeit goods, products subject to undeclared customs restrictions, hazardous materials without ADR certification.

The Client is responsible for product compliance with applicable regulations (CE marking, labeling, REACH and the rules of its sector). The Client declares having the necessary rights to sell the products.

Tissquad services must be used exclusively for lawful e-commerce logistics purposes. Using services for fraudulent or illegal activities is prohibited.

Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination, goods return, and charges for any costs incurred.
