The stages of production
Cutting the fabric along the lines of the paper pattern, prepared during the design phase, allows each element to be adapted as best as possible during assembly and to achieve the best fit.
The pieces obtained in the previous phase are layered and sewn together. The other elements to be assembled follow, then buttons, zippers, and other necessary processes are attached, as specified in the design.
Quality control is an ongoing activity, but at this stage it is essential for activating the finishing process, i.e. finishing the seams, applying any decorative details, ironing, and so on.
Once the garment has been finished, it is labeled in accordance with the law, providing information on sizes, washing instructions, logos and brands, and any “Made in Italy” or similar labels. The products are then ready for packaging and, finally, for storage and distribution.
