The stages of design
The customer is always at the center, right from the start, when they express their needs, targets, brand history, and any preferences regarding fabrics, performance, and budget.
This is followed by market analysis, aimed at identifying competitors and the characteristics of the potential audience.
After evaluating the results of the first phase and the required features (durability, aesthetics, comfort, or other), the design and development team identifies the most suitable fabric from cotton, wool, blended fabrics, or other materials.
After studying and verifying the sketch, the designers then begin to create graphic sketches and offer more style options, until the concepts and then the paper pattern are presented.
Based on the paper pattern, the fabric is cut, identifying the contours of the various elements, which are then assembled.
This results in the prototype, which is the first physical version of the garment. At this stage, the fitting is checked, along with the behavior of the materials and the wearability of the garment, so that any defects can be corrected.
The sample collection consists of different versions of the garment, in various sizes and colors, for presentation, testing, and marketing campaigns.
Towards production
After prototyping, we move on to garment production and logistics. Our contract clothing service adapts the various stages to the specific needs of each brand. Technology and warehouse management allow us to create clothing lines or individual models that can be sold:
- through direct distribution in stores or online, via eCommerce;
- in large quantities, in small quantities, or for individual items, thanks to print-on-demand.
